Here are a few easy tips and supplies that you'll want to have before attending any class in Arlington, Alexandria, or Falls Church, VA.
- General Class Schedule:
- Five minutes of free time
- Stretching
- Obstacle course
- Skills and drills of their sport
- Game if age permits

Pre-class checklist
- Bring Plenty of water large water bottle, (with Ice)
- comfortable clothes
- Athletic shoes (cleats are not necessary)
- Please provide child/use sunscreen
- Bug spray highly recommended
